There are not enough relevant words in the English dictionary that I could use to express the gratitude or sincerity I feel towards Primedia eLaunch. I bought a “how to publish” book from a local vendor and I began to research which publishing angle was best for me and my ‘heart’ (If I knew THEN what I know NOW). I came across many agencies and organizations. I proceeded to inquire to each because I had millions of questions like most new authors. The responses I received from them were cold and un-inviting. I thought if they couldn’t answer my questions in a professional manner and/or a way that I could understand/relate, then I needed to keep searching.

I then turned my attention to ISBN purchases and that is where I became indebted to Primedia elaunch. I contacted the company by the standard contact link about the eBook conversion process and a quote on February 28, 2013. I had the expectation of them being cordial and just answering the initial question with a sentence or a couple of words or directing me to another link or website. I was completely BLOWN AWAY when the person on the other end of the request replied in such a tone that was so professional, inviting and energetic. Not to mention the reply was prompt. I stated that too in MY reply email because I am a firm believer in effective / efficient communication and giving credit where credit is due!

Fast forward four months… I obtained my ISBN as well as eBook conversion through the site and my heart is now a PUBLISHED masterpiece on the internet. I took all the information that was given to me by way of email and used it as fuel to handle my business. However this is not the only reason I am ecstatic about Primedia elaunch. The whole entire time, from the first email ever sent to now, I have been going back forth with the Founder and President, Josh Pritchard!!! That right there, to me, is unheard of. Not many Founders answer inquiries. They have “staff” for that. I am elated that that didn’t happen to me. Trust when I say I asked a million and 1 questions and got the same professionalism, energy and tone every......single…… time!!

I absolutely, positively, from the bottom of my heart, without any reservation recommend Primedia elaunch to any author, especially a credible up and coming author. You will not be steered wrong or given the run around.
